Here we show the Kettlebell Deadbug, an exercise to train core stability. If you want to know why core stability is important read Core Training for Lacrosse.

Exhaling is the secret key to his exercise as it forces the diaphragm to contract while the leg is extended. Check out the video below and add it to your next training phase!
