The Toronto Rock lacrosse team approached me about doing a series on Fitness/Training tips as we lead up to the 2016 NLL Season.
Here is Episode 1 that includes one of my favorite exercises for developing single leg explosiveness in a lacrosse player.
It’s called the Box Blast, and I love it because it requires very little equipment so it’s easy to find a place to do it anywhere. It’s also extremely safe and simple.
