Today I was searching the web as usual and found a great article on laxmagazine.com about the Art of Deceleration. It really is an overlooked area of training in most lacrosse training programs. Every cut, every dodge you must decelerate your body before you can accelerate and change directions.
I liked it especially because someone very smart (myself) wrote an article on the very topic many years ago and a blog back in 2012.
