Behind the Scenes of a Pro Lacrosse Player-Tom Schreiber

Tom Schreiber is arguably the best lacrosse player on the planet today and luckily for me he plays in the NLL for the Toronto Rock.

He just released the 1st instalment of a series he is doing with Sideline Swap titled “On the Road”.

Check it out below. You don’t need super fancy or high tech stuff to train, either being a better athlete or player.

I also loved his thoughts on coaching, and keeping a group small so that they can get the most of it.
