Rutgers Women’s Lacrosse Speed Training (VIDEO)

As we all know speed kills. What most people don’t realize though is that speed is a skill that can be taught and improved.

While it is true that some people are born faster than others, absolutely everyone can get faster than they currently are.

Whether it’s improving your technique, your rate of force production, your strength, or even dropping ten pounds of unwanted weight there are numerous ways to get faster.

Check out the video below of Rutgers Women’s lacrosse team performing a speed training session. I love that they included lateral movements, deceleration, and change of direction drills to their speed session!
