World’s Strongest Kids!

This post isn’t lacrosse related but I couldn’t help but share this video after I saw it.

The strength that these kids have is crazy!

It’s amazing what the human body is capable of. The ‘FlagPole Push Ups’ are insane!

What this does show though is the incredible strength you can achieve purely through bodyweight training.

Gymnasts are by far some of the strongest, most powerful athletes of any sport and they pretty much only train using their own bodyweight.

Although I’m sure 2 hour training sessions everyday for a 7 and 5 year old aren’t right!
