I’m on my last day at DisneyWorld before heading on a 6 day cruise, but saw an article and wanted to share it before I depart.

It was by Mike Mejia on Inside Lacrosse earlier this week and is a great read.

It is all about what your body needs to be prepared for a Plyometric program. It goes into great detail and does an amazing job of explaining why you need the physical qualities as well.
